Miami Builders and Architects both favor the Aldora FS-300 Impact Storefront window system because it is the perfect solution for large scenic window opening sizes without sacrificing design pressures.
We also repair storefront water leaks even though we didn’t install the aldora storefront window system.
If you have any brand of storefront windows installed in your Miami residence, we can replace the impact glass. We also repair storefront window frame leaks. After a while, the vinyl glazing gasket dries up and no longer seals around the glass. We can replace the glaing gasket or wet seal the glass to the storefront window frame with Dow 995 structural glaing sealant. This ends the storefront leak problem once and for all.
Some main highlights
- All storefront window sizes are field measured and entered into our storefront optimization software for wind load calculations.
- We then order all the stock lengths of the storefront extrusion needed for your project.
- We send the stock aluminum extrusions out to have finished to your specific custom color. Stock colors available, however be sure to check with us.
- Aluminum extrusions will now be cut and machined on our own inhouse custom built machinery, therefore in a professional atmosphere.
- Once machined, all storefront window components are assembled in our facility by our highly skilled window technicians.
- The storefront window frame will then be “Wet Glazed” using Dow-Corning 995 structural glaing silicone. The impact glass is sealed to the frame to prevent any leaks once installed.

It is important to have tight seals so water does not get inside. Above all our window frames are the some of the best.
The frames that we glaze are super high quality, in other words they are very strong and last. We tape the glass off so that we can have it properly taped when we work on it. When working on the glaze it is important to tape the proper areas. The end result is best when we remove the tape and get the result of a perfect line without any issues, for instance a perfect frame.
